Women’s Bible Study Continues Thursday

Come this Thursday at 7:00 to participate in Mercy Truimphs by Beth Moore on the Book of James. Please see Sarah Fletcher after service if you need a Bible study guide or more information.

Help Needed for the Trail of Treats

The city will sponsor a “Trail of Treats,” Wednesday, October 31, 5:00-8:00 pm. Our church plans to set up a booth on Broadway downtown to give children treats, other freebies, and ministry info. We need both volunteers and candy. Please bring your treats to the church by Sunday, October 28. If you would like to volunteer, please see Marta Phillips.

Quarterly Meeting, October 27, Pittsburg

Representatives from many Free Will Baptist Churches in our area will gather at the Pittsburg Church for the South Central District Quarterly Meeting, October 27, 9:00 am. Phillip Kennedy, the new pastor at Benton First Free Will Baptist Church, will speak during the worship service. Everyone is welcome to attend (you do not have to be a delegate). The host church will serve brunch during the midmorning break.

Help Us Stock the Kitchen

In order to cut the cost for our REACH meal ministry, we’re seeking donations of food and kitchen items. We’ll feature a few items each week in the bulletin. This week, we’re asking for tater tots, corn dogs, and Dawn dishwashing liquid. See the complete list of needed items on the bulletin board.
